Thankful for Kullar Homes

Kullar Homes did an amazing job at building our dream home! It was our first time building a home from the ground up so we weren’t familiar with the process and were a little nervous going into it. They quickly put our nerves at ease by constantly guiding us through the build and remaining open and transparent throughout. They took the time to explain everything in detail so that we understood what was going on, and would always keep us informed on where we were at with the construction.

Wonderful to work with

Sunny and his team at Kullar Homes were wonderful to work with and we would not hesitate to build another house with them. We have never built a house before but Sunny made the experience less stressful by addressing all of our concerns through many calls, e-mails and texts and providing options and alternatives. He was honest when it came to hard decisions relating to possible changes to the build. Sunny, Bhupinder and Indy have been great. We knew Sunny before the build but feel we got closer after our dream home was built and would welcome them to our home any day of the week. If you want to build a house with someone that is professional, honest and just plain awesome, and who is modern and current, then Sunny and his team are the people to go with.

Very professional and polite

I honestly can not say enough good things about Kullar Homes, we asked for them to do our basement reno earlier this year and they were able to get it done it such good timing. Every single contractor that came in was very professional and extremely polite, all of them were on time and always cleaned up after them selves. Finding contractors that are top notch I know is hard to find and is a lot of hard work and the Kullar’s do not accept anything below the best quality. Bhupinder was so great to deal with and was always keeping us informed on what was going on and what the next steps were, I never was calling him for an update which was so nice. I felt like we were really taken care of and the finished product is very high end. [Absolutely,] everything is how we wanted it and turned out better than we could have imagined. They went above and beyond for us and I would choose them over and over again.
